U.S. M1 Abrams battle tank was developed by the U.S. company General Dynamics and entered the U.S. Army in 1980. The tank is combat proven and recognized as the best tank of world wide. The Abrams is in service with large armed forces: United States (7900 vehicles), Australia and Saudi Arabia. There are three versions of the M1 Abrams tank. The M1 (Standard), M1A1 and M1A2 on which the more advanced version.
